- Callouts for smoke alarms are FREE from Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm. Dec 21st to Jan 8th and public holidays excluded
- If someone else rectifies faults diagnosed by us, ask that person to give you an official certificate/report
- If you ask us to revisit to finish checks after rectifications by someone else, full cost will be incurred
- Upto 5 smoke alarms will be checked and replaced for FREE if needed and noted in your reports
- Technicians MUST have un-hindered access to appliances, power fittings, rooms, and fixtures
- It’s against licensing laws for us to sign off on any work by a non-Epic Inspections technician
- Cost remains the same for one-off or regular checks
