The details - inclusions and exclusions
An A1 customer experience is what drives us at Epic Inspections. As such, transparency and clarity are at the forefront of our services. We are on top of changes to rental laws and smoke alarm legislation changes, so you have peace of mind.
The one-stop package includes smoke alarm checks every year and the gas and electrical safety checks every 2 years. You get unlimited free callouts for switchboard faults, gas pilot re-lights, thermocouple replacements and more throughout. We retain a 7 year digital compliance trail as required by legislation.
Callouts exclude general faults in gas or electrical appliances and all types of lighting fixtures. Light globes are excluded too. Callouts will be attended to between 8am and 6pm from Monday through to Friday.
